Job description
- Responsible for project management of the company in all stages until project closure including: defining project scope, planning, arranging implementation resources, managing project budget, resource, risk & issues and project progress as agreed with customers to ensure the project is completed on time, in accordance with the process and meet the required quality
- Act as a point of contact with customers, and manage relationships with all project stakeholders
During implementation, coordinate with the Tech team to solve technical problems that arise, and coordinate with the QA team to ensure the project is developed in accordance with the company’s processes/standards - Timely escalation reports to management to resolve problems beyond the PM’s control
- Responsible for PMO reports on all team activities (weekly, monthly, ad-hoc)
- Do case studies, support project bids, coordinate with internal, sales, onshore and client teams to prepare resources for the project
- Organize activities to promote communication, motivate team members to improve the work results of the project team
- Conflict resolution: navigational skills, tension defusing , stakeholders and projects.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a project management position
- Good English communication
- Good communication skills: can lead group discussions (public speaking), create a teamwork-oriented environment, etc.
- Good project management skills: estimating, planning, organizing, leadership
- Highly responsible, well organized, communicative, dynamic, dare to take the lead
- Priority is given to candidates with project management certificates (PMI, PMP)
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working with the Agile model

- Salary by ability, up to 3000 USD
Salary up to 1500 USD, capacity assessment 2 times / year - 13th month salary, project bonus (According to company regulations and policies)
