User Acquisition Marketing

TechLead Joint Stock Company is looking for a User Acquisition Marketing Specialist to scale our mobile app user base through data-driven acquisition strategies. If you’re results-oriented, analytical, and experienced in digital performance marketing, this is your chance to drive user growth in a tech-forward environment.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies for iOS and Android platforms.

Develop, manage, and evaluate multi-channel user acquisition campaigns to maximize ROAS and achieve user growth KPIs.

Analyze in-app user behavior to improve product retention and monetize effectively.

Conduct market research to generate creative growth ideas and product improvements.

Collaborate with advertising partners like Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Applovin, and others to plan and optimize campaigns.

Support other assigned tasks from the Marketing Team Leader as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields; or certified training from marketing bootcamps/courses.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or related roles.

  • Strong analytical mindset and communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads.

  • Experience with mobile app marketing is a plus.

  • A sharp understanding of market trends and user behavior.

  • Proficiency in English is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM; 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
