Performance Marketing Specialist

TechLead is hiring a Performance Ads Marketer to manage high-impact ad campaigns across platforms including Facebook, TikTok, and Google.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and optimize ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads).

  • Analyze performance data to optimize cost and conversion.

  • Collaborate with content/design to create campaign assets.

  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and user insights.

  • Regularly report campaign results and propose improvements.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience with performance marketing.

  • Strong data analysis and logical thinking.

  • Familiar with Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).

  • Self-motivated, curious, and detail-oriented.

Benefits

  • Salary: Up to 18M VND/month + KPI.

  • Salary review every 6 months.

  • Annual salary budget: 14–16 months.

  • 13th-month salary, bonuses, free coffee, events, English practice.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM; 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • Every other Saturday
