Middle Java Developer

Job Description

As a Java Developer at TechLead, you’ll take part in the entire software development lifecycle — from analyzing and designing systems to researching new technologies. You’ll also work closely with the team to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in Java-based software development projects.

  • Take part in system analysis, design, and research of new technologies.

  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-performance, scalable applications.

  • Identify and resolve challenges across the development lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

  • 3+ years of experience with Java.

  • Solid knowledge of databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL and tools such as Docker.

  • Experience in CI/CD setup or server management is highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming).

  • Able to read and understand English technical documentation (good English communication is a big plus).

  • Prior experience in outsourcing companies is a plus.

  • Logical thinking, quick learning, and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Salary: Up to 35 million VND/month (gross)

  • Performance review every 6 months.

  • Annual salary package of 14–16 months.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
