TechLead is expanding its QA team and is looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester to ensure product quality and improve user experience.
Job responsibility
- Read specs and design test cases, prepare test data.
- Identify, log bugs and perform regression testing.
- Execute test cases and daily report writing.
- Communicate with team members and clients for clarification.
- Propose process improvements and potentially manage sub-teams.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 1+ year of testing experience.
- Strong knowledge of testing techniques, processes, and software QA principles.
- Ability to read IT documents in English.
- Leadership, planning, and team management skills are a plus.
