Job Description

• Responsible for project management of the company throughout all stages until project closure including: determining project scope, planning, arranging implementation resources, managing project budget, resources, risk & issues and project progress as agreed with the customer to ensure the project is completed on deadline, according to process and with required quality.
• Act as the point of contact with customers, and manage relationships with all parties involved in the project
• During implementation, coordinate with the Tech team to resolve technical issues that arise, and coordinate with the QA team to ensure the project develops in accordance with the company’s procedures/standards.
• Report escalation promptly to management level to handle problems beyond PM’s control
• Responsible for reporting to PMO on all team operations (weekly, monthly, ad-hoc)
• Make case studies, support project bids, coordinate with internal, sales, onshore and client teams to prepare resources for the project
• Organize activities to promote communication and motivate team members to improve the working results of the project team

Job Requirements

• Have at least 2-4 years of experience in a project management position
• Good conversational English
• Good communication skills: can lead group discussions (public speaking), create a team-oriented environment, etc.
• Good project management skills: estimating, planning, organizing, leading
• Highly responsible, well organized, communicative, proactive, daring to take the lead
• Priority is given to candidates with project management certificates (PMI, PMP)
• Priority is given to candidates with experience working with the Agile model

Working Time

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Every other Saturday
