Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients for IT services and software outsourcing.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Coordinate with Sales and Product teams to prepare business proposals.

• Negotiate and finalize contract terms with clients and stakeholders.

• Monitor contract execution to ensure service quality and delivery.

• Make professional presentations to prospective clients.

• Implement internal business processes to support growth.

• Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline.

• Research and develop strategic partnerships.

• Conduct ongoing market and competitor research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (preferably in IT or outsourcing).

• Experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).

• Strong presentation, research, and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven, resilient, adaptable, and a fast learner

• Salary: Up to 35 million VND/month (gross)

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Every other Saturday
