Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients for IT services and software outsourcing.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Coordinate with Sales and Product teams to prepare business proposals.

Negotiate and finalize contract terms with clients and stakeholders.

Monitor contract execution to ensure service quality and delivery.

Make professional presentations to prospective clients.

Implement internal business processes to support growth.

Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline.

Research and develop strategic partnerships.

Conduct ongoing market and competitor research.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (preferably in IT or outsourcing).

Experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent English communication (written and spoken).

Strong presentation, research, and negotiation skills.

Self-driven, resilient, adaptable, and a fast learner

Salary: Up to 35 million VND/month (gross)
