Act as a bridge between stakeholders (Business, Tech, UI/UX, Marketing, etc.) to clearly identify needs and translate them into product development requirements.

Manage the product backlog, write user stories, describe features, and prioritize based on business value.

Work closely with the development team to ensure sprint goals are met in terms of timeline, quality, and scope.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify features after development.

Monitor and measure product performance post-release and propose continuous improvements.

Support the creation of product documentation, release notes, and user guides for internal teams or customers.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Product Owner or in similar software development-related roles.

Ability to quickly understand product models, analyze user needs, and write clear documentation.

Strong communication skills; able to clearly convey product goals and requirements to the technical team.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

Proactive, logical thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Preference given to candidates with experience in internal products, SaaS, or digital platforms.

English communication skills are a plus.

Salary: up to 20 million VND/month.
