TechLead is on the lookout for a creative, results-oriented Marketing Team Leader to drive performance across online and offline channels. If you love digital branding, strategic campaigns, and team leadership—this role is for you!
Job Responsibilities

Oversee performance on Facebook, Google Ads, SEO, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

Lead content strategy across online & offline channels to build brand awareness.

Develop campaigns tailored to business goals and market timing.

Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Employer Branding teams to amplify brand.

Design and implement customer care strategies (email, fanpage, website…).

Initiate and manage internal campaigns to boost partner/client experience.

Manage and coach the Marketing team to ensure high performance.

Additional tasks as assigned during interview/discussion.
Requirements
-
2+ years of hands-on marketing experience.

Skilled in content creation, basic design tools (Photoshop, AI), and video editing.

Strong creative and analytical thinking.
-
Past experience in B2B or IT Marketing is preferred.

Confident, proactive, team-oriented communicator.

Leadership experience or potential is a strong advantage.
